I ordered the basket with the rear rack, not the front one - clearly a mistake on my part. Luckily, I was able to return it and exchange for the correct model. The new basket is made of felt and has a built-in rain hood. What's more, the overall design feels sturdy and well-made. However, I do think the basket looks a bit oversized compared to its intended use - perhaps I'm just being too fussy!
