I was pleasantly surprised by this mat's generous size and ease of cleaning, which makes it a great addition to our large water bowl and food bowls setup. The mat itself doesn't budge too much on the carpeted flooring, even when our pets have been playing enthusiastically for hours.

However, I must admit that the mat's stability is somewhat compromised by its tendency to wriggle around on the surface of the food bowls. It can be a bit disconcerting to see it shift and move just enough to make us laugh at our mischievous pets.

The arrival of this mat was also a bit of a letdown, as we were expecting a more seamless roll-out experience given its folded-in-half packaging. And, unfortunately, the crease in the mat has persisted even after nearly six months – it's still noticeable and a bit annoying, to be honest.

I was initially impressed by the ease of cleaning this product, and my experience with spills was seamless. However, looking back I realize now that the size was simply too large for what it was intended to do. The issue wasn't anything particularly difficult, but rather a matter of poor planning on my part.

It's hard to imagine our living room without this large mat that has become a staple for our pet's food and water bowls. As long as we keep them on it, they're never far from being clean, and the spills seem to disappear into thin air.

The material is actually quite easy to clean and resistant to stains and odors - a real plus in our household where pets are involved.
