I have two picky dogs, and after searching for alternatives, I decided to try these dental chews. My Cavalier's preference was evident - he insisted on them being his way, and even then, they didn't quite do the trick.

Strawberry & mint flavor is a nice surprise; it smells great in my dog's mouth. But what really matters is that they're low in calories, which I appreciate. They've been a lifesaver for reducing plaque around here.

There's one minor issue: sticks are too wide. If only they were longer and thinner, they'd be perfect for smaller mouths - a design flaw if you ask me!

A bigger problem is the bag itself; it doesn't reseal well, and I have to either roll it down or consider buying separate bags just for these chews. Considering the cost, that seems like a significant drawback.

As I've had no issues with freshness pegging the bag - yet - I'm still not thrilled about this solution. My dog loves them; they're an excellent alternative to other dental chews on the market, but I do have one complaint: the width of the chews is a bit off.

Despite this, my dog seems to be enjoying them greatly, and they've helped reduce plaque - that's all that matters for me. They'll keep getting these until my dogs are fully plaque-free again.

The solution to my dog's runny eyes is quite simple and has been hiding right under my nose - literally. I read somewhere that someone took their cocker spaniel off their daily cereal-based dental chews and replaced them with non-cereal ones, and the problem stopped. My dogs' eyes have definitely improved since making this change.

As a raw diet enthusiast, I was skeptical about trying new products on him, but he's been a pro at sniffing out the good stuff - namely, treats. If my dog can pick out fruit or veggies, then he'll do them in no time and leave them scattered all over the floor.

But it's not just his eating habits that are making this work - I've also noticed that he's developed a bit of a mischievous streak. He loves to scatter those treats around, but after a couple of minutes, they're gone, leaving him looking rather guilty. Still, as long as my dog is happy and healthy, I'm willing to overlook the occasional mess.

The packaging for this product is quite a letdown - huge bags that are just begging to be shredded by curious dogs. Considering their natural ingredients, you'd think the company would have been more mindful of reducing waste. Such a shame, really.

I do wish they had thought about the environment before producing such a large quantity of these products. I guess you could say it's a case of bad form from the manufacturer, sadly.

My Rough Collie, like many others in her breed, had a sensitive stomach that reacted badly to Lilys Kitchen Chews when they first came onto the market. The price fluctuated significantly as she grew older and new batches were released with updated formulations, causing the chews to become increasingly expensive. However, I was diligent about keeping up-to-date on recalls and staying informed about any changes to the product. With her sensitive stomach being a constant concern, I couldn't afford to take any chances. As a result, I made it a priority to stockpile as many bags of Lilys Kitchen Chews as possible to ensure my beloved dog always had access.

I was thrilled when I stumbled upon this new brand and discovered that the chews were specifically formulated with my Rough Collie's grain allergy in mind. The ingredients were top-notch, and I knew they would be a great addition to her diet. My dog seemed to love them almost as much as I did - she devoured the Strawberry flavor without hesitation. Of course, it was only logical that the chews would need to be replenished regularly, but fortunately, this new brand met my standards. With no room for error in terms of my dog's health and well-being, I felt confident in choosing their products.

One thing I did notice about these chews - they're just a bit on the shorter side. My Rough Collie has always been prone to gobbling them up before they even have time to finish off, which was becoming increasingly frustrating. Nonetheless, I'm glad that I made this purchase, and I'll continue to keep an eye out for any potential issues or recalls with these chews. Overall, I'd say the pros outweigh the cons - I'm just relieved that my dog gets to enjoy the Strawberry flavor without worrying about her stomach getting upset.
