My dog loves sleeping on this mat because he's not as sensitive about having his paws warmed up before bed. I've also found that a warm and cozy space like this helps him feel more relaxed, which in turn makes it easier for me to calm him down when he wakes up from a nap.

The material is very soft compared to the igp wedge, which my dog has already destroyed more than once. Despite being less durable, I think the baby pad works well and does its job, especially considering how much I pay for it every month.

My dog seems to have adapted pretty quickly to having his paws warmed up on this mat, but he still likes to scratch at the edge of the igp wedge whenever he feels like it.
