I was really looking forward to bringing home this new toy for my cockatoo but I'm not sure about this. The seller assured me that it would be a great fit, but unfortunately, it's almost too small. It looks like they actually put together a picture of a macaw inside the box before shipping it out.

It seems like the design team must have had some fun coming up with this idea, as it clearly doesn't make sense for such large birds to share the same space. My cockatoo is happy and healthy so far, but I'm not convinced that this little toy will meet their needs.

A very decent quality bird carrier/backpack that's pretty well designed overall, with plenty of small air holes for ventilation and a creature comfort perch for your bird to stand on. I have to admit, having not used it as a backpack myself has made me more cautious about its suitability for smooth transport - but thankfully, there's no reason why you couldn't successfully navigate the bird through the pack without causing distress. A large enough size for medium-sized birds to sit comfortably while being transported, this is certainly a practical solution to the transportation conundrum. At just under £30, it does feel like an interesting (and decently priced) offering.
